Karen Kohm is the founder of INVU MEDICAL AESTHETICS and has over 20 years experience in the medical aesthetics discipline. She is an experienced and skilled injector and is well known in the medical aesthetics industry for her ability to produce natural transformative results.
Karen first learned about BOTOX® when she was a nursing student at the University of Saskatchewan. She was curious about this medical treatment and used the hospital library to research the benefits of BOTOX® long before BOTOX® was a household name and popular treatment. Karen also discovered the rejuvenating benefits of lasers and other procedures that were complimentary in creating and maintaining excellent skin health.
Dr. Terry Ross
Medical Director
Dr. Terry Ross has been the Medical Director at INVU MEDICAL AESTHETICS since 2019. With extensive training in medical aesthetics, he expertly assesses patients to provide unmatched care, prescribing neuromodulators such as BOTOX® and Dysport®, along with dermal fillers. Terry is known for his meticulous aesthetic eye, delivering natural-looking results that his loyal patients love. He also specializes in ultrasound-guided filler techniques.
Career Highlights:
- Over 25 years as an Emergency Physician
- Department Head of Emergency Medicine from 2014 to 2024
- Active in the Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service (STARS) since 2012 where he was the initial Medical Director for the Regina base and played a key role in its establishment in southern Saskatchewan. He continues to serve as a transport physician
- As of January 2025, he took on the role of Interim Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for STARS
- Sits on the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan
