HELIOS AWARD RECIPIENT
Dr. Terry Ross has been a part of Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service (STARS) since 2012. Terry was the initial Medical Director of the Regina base and played a role in establishing the base in Southern Saskatchewan. He also worked as a transport physician for STARS. As of January 2025, Terry is currently the Interim Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for STARS.
Terry is one of the esteemed Helios Award recipients of 2025, a testament to his exemplary commitment to the values and mission of STARS. His dedication and leadership are evident in his daily work, making him a role model for both peers and the community.
For those who see the helicopter in the sky, Dr. Terry Ross’s name will be proudly displayed, symbolizing his enduring contributions to emergency medical services and the lives he has touched throughout his career.
